Dried Morels(Morchella Conica) G0946

Introducing a smooth chicken and morel mushroom casserole.
Rice: 3 cups
Chicken: half (about 300g)
Ginger: 1 small piece
White pepper: 1 pinch
Morels: 6
Vegetable: 1 handful
Garlic: 1 clove
Wine: 2 tbsp
Potato starch: 2 tbsp
Salt: moderate
Casserole Sauce
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Garlic: 1 clove
Water: 50ml
Rinse the rice and put it into the rice cooker to start cooking.
Cut chicken into small pieces, add ginger, cooking wine, white pepper and cornstarch and marinate for 1 hour.
Remove the root of morel mushrooms, rinse and drain, cut in half lengthwise, fry the morel mushrooms in a frying pan with sliced garlic.
In a separate frying pan, sauté the marinated chicken until the surface changes color, then remove from the pan immediately.
When the rice is half-cooked (bubbling like honeycomb), lay the chicken and morels on top and continue to cook.
When the rice is done cooking, spread the boiled vegetable hearts and drizzle with the pot rice sauce to make a delicious smooth chicken and morel mushrooms casserole!
