    Morels can be made into a variety of dishes, and we recommend a detailed step-by-step process for making morels pasta:
    Ingredients:
    Morels
    Pasta
    Olive oil
    Minced garlic
    onions
    Tomato sauce
    Salt, black pepper
    Italian spices (e.g. dried oregano, dried basil)
    Pieces of cheese (e.g. Parmesan)
    Method:
    Slice the morels and set aside, meanwhile cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente (slightly chewy texture), then drain and set aside.
    Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the minced garlic and onion and sauté until soft.
    Add the chopped morels to the pan and continue to sauté until the morels release their flavour, soften and brown slightly.
    Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and black pepper and add a good amount of Italian spices to taste.
    Add the cooked pasta to the sautéed morels and tomato sauce, stirring evenly with a pinch or spoon to ensure the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
    To serve, sprinkle some shavings of parmesan cheese as a garnish and to enhance the flavour.
    The result is a delicious morello pasta dish that will make a great dinner when served with a fresh salad and a glass of wine!
